Rules before
you play.

What happens if I arrive late?

Your reserved time begins at the scheduled start time. Late arrival does not extend the session, and the court must be vacated at the end of the booked slot. No refund or voucher is provided for late arrival.

What are the court rules?

Wear proper non-marking court shoes, clean up after your session, and be respectful of other players and staff. Follow all posted facility guidelines and staff instructions while on the courts.

Can I cancel and receive a refund?

All paid bookings are final and non-refundable. Customer cancellations, no-shows, and personal schedule changes are not eligible for cash refunds or vouchers. Approved ELEV8 facility or weather cancellations may receive a voucher instead.

What happens if ELEV8 cancels my booking?

For an approved weather, facility, or operational cancellation, ELEV8 may issue a voucher equal to the amount paid. Vouchers are valid for 180 days, linked to the original customer account, and may be used for another available booking.
