We may collect your name, email address, mobile number, player account details, booking details, selected courts and schedules, payment method, payment reference, receipt upload, voucher activity, check-in status, reschedule requests, and event or open-play registration details.
2. Why We Use Your Information
We use this information to process bookings, verify payments, send booking updates, manage player accounts, record attendance, review payment issues, handle reschedules or vouchers, prevent duplicate or fraudulent payment submissions, operate events, and maintain booking records.
3. Payment Evidence
Receipt uploads and transaction references are used only for booking payment verification, fraud prevention, audit review, and customer support. A receipt image is not treated as confirmed payment until ELEV8 staff verifies it against the official payment account.
4. Sharing and Access
Authorized ELEV8 staff may access personal information only for operations, payment review, customer support, attendance, reporting, and system administration. We do not sell customer personal information.
We may share limited information with service providers that support hosting, email delivery, payment processing, security, or system maintenance when needed to operate the booking system.
5. Retention
Booking, payment, voucher, attendance, audit, and support records may be retained for operational, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. Records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

ELEV8 uses access controls and private receipt storage routes to help protect booking and payment information. No online system is risk-free, so users should keep account credentials private and report suspected account misuse promptly.
